Kindergarten Registration

                                        Kindergarten Registration for PES

Princeton Elementary School District #115 requests that all parents of children eligible for kindergarten in August, 2010, register at the District Office (506 East Dover Road) between 7:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on February 15, 16, & 17 2010(children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2010, are eligible for kindergarten in August, 2010).  When registering children who will begin kindergarten in August, please bring a certified copy of the child’s  birth certificate (the copy issued by the county only).  Book Rental fees can be paid at this time, but payment is not required to register your child. Prior to the first day of kindergarten, each child will need a complete physical, dental and vision exam; forms will be distributed at the time of registration.
